🚨 FAINTING 🤨..., Do not pour water on him/her, I repeat🧏‍♀️, do not pour water.

🩺 HEALTH CORNER WITH MONICA on Olamide Gudoo OnlineTv  Did someone just faint around you?  Don’t panic. Here is what to do: ✍️ Lay the person flat on their back and, if there is no injury, gently raise their legs. ✍️ Loosen tight clothing around the neck and waist and allow fresh air. ✍️ Check if they are breathing normally. ✍️ If they are breathing but still unconscious, place them in the recovery position and keep watching their breathing. ✍️ Once they wake up, let them rest and get up slowly. Don’t immediately give them food or drink until they are fully awake and able to swallow safely. ⚠️ If they are not breathing normally, don't waste time, call for emergency help and start CPR if you know how. Never slap, shake, or pour water on a person who has fainted, and never put anything in their mouth while they are unconscious. ❤️ A simple response can save a life. Real Talk👌. Real Health🩺. Better You🤩.
